Tasting notes
  • Colour: Bright garnet colour with deep red.
  • Nose: A nose of ripe red fruits, jammy, around a hint of liquorice, with a touch of sweet spices.
  • Palate: A round and well-balanced start, coated tannins, as well as some notes of roasting on the finish.
  • Food pairing: To serve at 16 ° C, it will match with a meat stew, Catalan Boles de Picolat (meat balls) , Estouffat, or a meat and fishes Parillada.

  • Nose: Fine and subtle with floral notes and of red fruits (cherry, wild raspberry, blueberry).
  • Palate: Crisp mouthfeel balanced by floral notes and flavours of gooseberry, pomegranate, and while strawberry.
  • Food and wine pairing: Best served at 8-10°C. Ideal for an aperitif with finely sliced ham, or grilled prawns, a risotto with summer vegetables, or a rack of lamb. Can also be served to accompany a goat cheese quiche with pine nuts and arugula with an olive oil dressing.

  • Colour: Pale yellow colour with green tints.
  • Nose: The nose is intense and surprising with toasted notes, combined with peach and pear aromas.
  • Palate: The first impression on the palate is a subtle touch of liquorice, then flowers and spice notes take over. Perfectly balanced and elegant; it is a perfect gastronomic wine.
  • Food & Wine Pairing: Best served at 16°C with fish in sauce or grilled, white meats, Asian/Indian food or ewe cheeses.
