  • Nose : The nose is intense and surprising with toasted notes, combined with peach and pears aromas.
  • Palate : The first impression on the palate is a subtle touch of liquorice. The wine is beautifully fresh.
  • Food & Wine Pairing : Best served at 14-15°C with fish in sauce or grilled as well as with white meats.

Description

The Vineyard

Vinification

The grapes are destemmed on arrival at the winery and placed directly in the pneumatic press in a regulated atmosphere saturated with carbon dioxide. The fermentation begin in tanks with strict temperature control and continued in barrels until completion. A maturing of several months in barrels then began with regular stirring. The wine is then aged in barrels for several months with regular stirring.
