Tasting notes

 

  • Colour : Pale Gold colour with pronounced green tints.
  • Nose : The nose is dominated by freshness of Muscat seeds, in harmony with pineapple notes and white fruit notes.
  • Palate : On the palate the wine is full, round with lychee and orange blossom notes.
  • Food and Wine pairing : Best served at 10-12°C, this wine is ideal for aperitif, with salads or asparagus.

Vinification

Destemming of the grapes before being placed directly in a pneumatic press with atmosphere control and saturated carbonic gas. Fermentation under strict temperature control, then the wine is aged in tanks for a few months
