A wine to keep (10 years), it is subtle and
structured, with aromas of extra ripe red berries,
vanilla and liquorice, susta ned by a fat mouth and
velvety tannins. Will superbly go with a very fine
meal.
AOC Côtes du Roussillon -
30% Carignan, 10% Grenache Noir, 60% Syrah - 30 hl/ha yield - Raised in oak casks for one part and vats for the remaining part.
