This wine is best defined by two words, lightness and freshness. The colour is pale yellow with marked green lights. The nose is dominated by menthol and passion fruit aromas, the attack in the mouth is fresh, with lemon and rose hints. A true delight as an aperitif or with fish carpaccio and asparagus.
