As early as 1998, with Jean-michel Barcelo, a reputed agronomist and oenologist, the project was launched with a will for quality, both in the tending of vines and the elaboration of wines. The soils were analysed, amended and restructured with organic matters with a deep concern for the environment the only objective is to produce quality grapes. A careful vineyard management, green harvests, a strict selection of berries and watchful care in the winery concur to help the grapes become the wine which will best express its complexity.

We vinify each part of vineyards depending on the type of wine we intend to make.
